We celebrated Mr. B’s day of birth over the weekend. Hard to believe he used to look like this:

It’s amazing how much change takes place in three short years.

We celebrated in style…the way any 3 year old would want it. The day consisted of donuts for breakfast, presents, McDonalds for lunch, Lucky Charms for dinner and a movie at night. That boy is living the three year old dream!

If you haven’t tried a balance bike – they’re the best. We loved using one with Hunter.

The only way to eat french fries is to dump them out on the table…

The only thing that made this birthday better was extending it another day and having family over to help celebrate on Sunday.

He loves to be the center of attention and is always putting on a show for whoever will watch.

He has a strong will – a very strong will. He does not give up on what he wants very easily.

He loves food more than life itself. By the time I have the breakfast dishes put away he’s asking about lunch. Anytime I walk into the kitchen he follows just in case food is involved.

He appears to be left handed and throws balls with his left hand.

He is very animated – from his face to his feet, he tells a story with his body.

He loves everything cars and planes. He always has a car in his hand and I keep several extras in the diaper bag and in the car just in case we misplace the one he brings with us.

He does not do well playing on his own – park days are miserable with him, he just stays by my side asking for snacks.

Loves to go – anywhere. If he hears the word “go” he runs to grab his shoes. Doesn’t work well with a mother who’s a homebody.

He loves to play with his older brother and screams the highest pitch scream the whole time (Hunter is a teaser).

He’s still in his crib because he doesn’t climb out of it and his favorite night time book right now is Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day.

He’s funny and tender and so silly – can’t wait to see his personality unfold.
