That boy, that smile, those legs. I want to eat them all!
He’s mastered sitting and it’s really convenient to give him a bucket of toys to sit and sort through. He’s developed this piercing, high pitch scream which isn’t so adorable. Still no teeth, yet every night that he wakes up screaming I swear it’s because he’s teething. No proof yet!
He likes to mimic sounds that we make and then proudly smile. He’s also picked up a new skill of shaking his head back and forth, smiling the whole time of course. He’s a happy kid.
His eczema looks so much better. I commented before about possible allergies relating to eczema. Just curious if it was related or if you found some meds. that worked for him. I just tend to notice things like that more since my last two kiddos have allergies that caused severe eczema like his:)
I'm so glad you noticed!! His eczema is so much better – aside from some patches on his shoulders and back it's pretty much cleared up. The hard part is pin pointing why it cleared up. We made a few dietary changes – but then he started eating solids, so he wasn't taking in as much breast milk. We purchased a lotion online – Vanicreme – and it seemed to help. We started swimming in our salt pool (which helps my older son's eczema) and that could've helped. We also got a prescription from the pediatrician that is a mild steroid oil that also helped although we've used it minimally. Who knows what cleared it up!! But I did notice when we went to Idaho at the beginning of the summer it flared up, so that left us scratching our heads! Eczema is a hard thing to figure out, isn't it?!
