Playing catch up before his big birthday this week. My dad has been in town helping me with some projects this week and Briggs would prefer that I sit and hold him – he’s not such a fan of project week. I wonder if he’ll be a fan of his cake this weekend! He’s still getting used to having my dad here – I’m sure he’ll warm up just about the time we send him back home on the plane. He discovered hummus this week and he’s a big fan – but no so much a fan of spaghetti. The kids like watching his reactions to new foods – they’re dying for him to try a lemon.
