We’re in triple digits (and it remains that way for our 10 day forecast) and yet my kids are claiming the pool is too cold. So even when it’s 105 outside – the water it too “cold”. It’s probably perfectly warm water for those living outside of Arizona, but we’re accustomed to much warmer. So we’ve had our last swim. We’ve washed the towels. We’ve deflated all the pool toys. I bet we have a kid or two that gets brave and jumps in one more time but when I suggest they swim they look at me like I have horns.
I’m not a big pool person but my favorite time by the pool is evening time when the sun starts to tuck behind the trees and the kids laughter rises in the air. I’ll mis the evening swims.
