The Arizona sunset was showing off this week. I’m often in the house making dinner as the sun sets and the kids are usually outside playing. I can always count on Bennett to stop while he’s playing to come let me know there is a sunset worth seeing.
He came in this week and although I couldn’t see the sunset from my kitchen window, I could see the orange/pink color cast on the neighboring houses. I quickly grabbed my phone and ran out the door.
It. Was. Out. Of. This. World.

We often have beautiful sunsets, but this was even amazing for AZ standards. So much so, I had to run back inside and grab my real camera. I manage to capture the beauty of a sunset in a photo, but I can never seem to articulate how it makes me feel; so peaceful and still.
You can’t drag me out of bed for a sunrise, but I never tire of a pretty sunset!
