Teaching kids to work may be one of the more frustrating parts of parenthood. Teaching the youngest in the family to work is even worse.

But here he stands on the back of the couch as he tries to reach the top of the windows. I can’t remember how many times I had to tell him to do his job. And then how long I had to stand there as he completed it. But it got done. Not sure how clean the windows actually got, but teaching chores is a process. It takes patience and consistency. I’m more consistent than I am patient and he wishes I was more patient than consistent! 🙂
