Like most siblings, our kids know how to get under one another’s skin. The tease. They fight. They keep track. But the older they get, the stronger their friendships are with each other. Both Steve and I have genuinely strong friendships with our siblings and it’s fun to see that start to form within our kids.
Just recently, Hunter was going to bed one night and Hallie wasn’t home yet so he left a note on her mirror. He didn’t need to talk to us – he wanted Hallie. 🙂
They are so good for each other. And they’re so excited to share one year of high school together when Hallie is a senior and Hunter is a freshman next year.
Hallie may not have any sisters, but she has some amazing brothers and they have some special relationships.
