We spent the 4th of July in Idaho with my parents and two of my brothers and their families and it was just as magical as we had hoped. My brother’s property is what kid’s dreams are made of and we look forward to celebrating our nation’s freedom every year by shooting off fireworks over his private pond – after spending the afternoon fishing and riding ATVs.
We thought it may be fun to go watch the local firework show but the boys decided they would much rather light off fireworks than watch someone else light off fireworks. Hallie and her cousins disagreed. So they enjoyed the local show while we stayed back and let the boys be boys.
