This morning was the first day AZ Brainfood has been open this school year. As we were driving there, I was explaining to Bennett his role in this massive production. We were talking about Hunter’s two year stint and how important their weekly work is. That is when Bennett asked a question and I realized he had never been before – hadn’t even been inside the warehouse before! He was a true newbie this morning.
And just like I suspected, he managed it with ease – he got right to work. It will take some time to have him managing his station without assistance at the level Hunter was – but he’s got two years to figure it out. And he’s excited to be there. In fact, he’s been asking about going to brainfood every week since school started so today was highly anticipated. I have a feeling this is going to be a highlight for him every week.
