‘Tis the season for white elephant gift exchanges – which I’m actually not a huge fan of. I’d go to a “Favorite Things” party 10 times before I’d choose a white elephant party. (Who am I kidding – I really don’t want to do a favorite things party but it’s better than the alternative.) Anyway – I found myself at an exchange this weekend and I showed up late after a soccer game so the exchange had just started – and I knew I had to leave before it was done so I was a content spectator. I enjoy people’s creativity and I’m always a little curious as to what is the most desirable gift of the season.

I didn’t get to see all the gifts opened – but this was the clear winner while I was there: Handmade Wicked babies. Not only did this take some effort, it was very timely and you better believe those things were locked down pretty quickly. I need to go back to the lady who made them and get more details – first and foremost, what did she use to paint the skin green?
However she managed it – they were popular.
See what I did there? 🙂
